Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way, or that are returned without their original packaging, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the recipient at their own expense.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for a free return or exchange, even if they have been opened. If you receive a product that is faulty (e.g., a mop with a broken handle, a cloth that tears easily, or a glass scraper with a dull blade), damaged during transit, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, we may request clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item, as well as the original packaging.
